H E L L O 🙋🏼‍♀️ Booty Building Ladies! Tag your booty building bestie 👯‍♀️ and add these to your next glute 🍑 session!!👇🏼 . 🍭Band SL kneeling Hip Thrust Variation I love all the glute exercises that I can put one cheek through HELL at a time 👍🏻😉🥵. Great way to find out and correct glute imbalances as well. Make sure you begin on the weaker side first 👌🏻. I am banded @thexbands around the DB rack (clip of how I do it at end) and my hips. Make sure your bent knee is directly underneath your hip and body weight is transferred more onto the bent knee side. Lower your chest down and sit your butt back as far as you can before thrusting your hips up. As you thrust, imagine as though can you dig your knee deep into the floor and pull it behind you. This is how I engage my glute the best 🥵. I saw @bretcontreras1 doing a bomb cable variation🔥but I needed to tweak it a little bit and found the band and a more forward leaning chest to work best for my glute engagement. 🍭Long Band Deadlift I like to run the band @thexbands as low on my back as possible without it slipping off. I would say it almost sits on my rear delts. Push your hips forward and squeeze your glutes as you come up to standing. 👍🏻 🍭Seated Good Mornings 😉☕️ I found having a nice wide pliè foot placement reallllly worked my inner thighs and upper glutes! I had a great mind to muscle connection with this exercise! Lower down and on the way up push the outer part of your heels HARD into the floor (this is how I recruit my upper glutes). 😉😈 . I put a slide together of a few supplements I am OBSESSED with and highly recommend 👙!
